Update: If the game crashes like so (http://i48.tinypic.com/azjq5s.jpg ) you need to install Adobe Flash to Internet Explorer, since the game utilizes IE’s Flash plugin

Hello there, there is two things you can try, one is install a codec pack (CCCP) and the other is to install ADOBE FLASH ONTO INTERNET EXPLORER, for some reason it HAS to do with IE not having flash, our translator had the same exact error. so try that. he had flash setup on Firefox and all that good stuff, but when he put it on IE it instantly worked..
EDIT: Ya confirmed it, you need to install Adobe flash onto Internet explorer, since the game utilizes the flash plugin from IE

Okay, how the hell do install Flash onto IE then?
go to the adobe website (while in IE) and download and install it while IE is open (do not keep FF or Chrome open at the time)
